Companies should focus on value creation and growth, leveraging initial public offerings (IPOs) to raise capital, attract like-minded shareholders, and strengthen governance, said speakers during a panel session titled "The Challenges and Rewards of Getting Listed — What They Don’t Tell You About IPOs", held at the GoIPO programme launch event at the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia on May 16.
