Hi CheahCL, it is incredibly rare to find great companies, and even rarer to find them selling at good prices. That's why when Uncle does find one, Uncle share freely. Uncle can show fin models, DCF, FCF equity/firm, CoE, WACC, terminal value, NPV, IRR...but know that these are not things the average layperson can grasp at a foundational level, nor needs, to be a higher than average investor. As you can see it is not easy to find the next stock esp as Uncle runs a highly concentrated portfolio
