This development project has no social responsibility. The construction area has become a dengue-risk area due to poor maintenance and stagnant water. The company leaves the risks and problems to contractors while nearby residents suffer the disturbance, dirt, noise, and health concerns caused by the project. The surrounding community is the one facing all the trouble.
