imo market sentiment can be quite predictable, ppl easily chase what is hot despite already overvalued, what unpredictable is how much more overvalue those popular stocks can go and when the bubble will burst, asiapac is for rare ppl like us that doesnt like to chase the trend

fyi, i didnt sell any shares to take profit during this recent uptrend. hint > imago expansion (mall spaces, more lots and more parking lots) has just been done and revaluation is usually (previous records) done during this 4th qr
