Why Krono want to convert the capital into an operating model by leasing and “partnering” to take over their asset to manage it. This supposedly smart move to increase profit margin, but what if there is fishy intention behind this? Are they intent to manipulate financial statements, strip out their key assets and leaving core business hollowed out, and end up reverse takeover for others to 借壳上市？
