The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Aspen Streams Sdn Bhd (“ASSB”), a dormant subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 July 2025 submitted an application to strike off the name of ASSB from the Register of Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Striking Off of ASSB”).

ASSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 March 2016 as a private limited company with an issued share capital of RM10,000.00 only and has been dormant since its incorporation.

The Striking Off of ASSB will not have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the Puncak Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2025.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Puncak and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of Puncak, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Striking Off of ASSB.
