The Board of Directors of LUXCHEM is pleased to announce that Luxchem Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“LTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 15 July 2025 entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements to purchase five (5) pieces of leasehold lands in Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor, for a total cash consideration of RM45,593,018.10.
