We refer to the Company’s announcements on 11 October 2021, 22 August 2022 and 22 September 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of Dagang NeXchange Berhad ("the Company" or "DNeX") wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 July 2025, the Court of Appeal had dismissed Puan Nuraslina binti Zainal Abidin (“Plaintiff”)’s appeal in respect of the appeal filed by the Plaintiff against the decision made by the High Court on the minority oppression claim against DNeX and Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("DNT") with cost of RM15,000 to be paid to DNeX and DNT.
