The Board of Directors of Polydamic Group Berhad ("Polydamic" or Company") wishes to announce that Polydamic Sdn. Bhd. ("PSB" or "Purchaser") a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 11 July 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with Bluechip Synergy Sdn. Bhd. ("Vendor") to acquire one (1) parcel of freehold land with the postal address of No. 20, Jalan Astana 1B, Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan together with a one and a half (1 ½) storey semi-detached factory erected thereon and held under H.S.(D) 138564 PT 69120 Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor, measuring approximately 736 square meters ("Property") for a total consideration of RM4,480,000.00 (“Proposed Acquisition”).
