Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the circular to shareholders dated 12 March 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the order of the Court confirming the Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 10 July 2025 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.
