SAB wishes to annouce that the Company is proposing to seek for the approval of its shareholders on the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming 44th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened at a date to be notified later.
The Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority will allow the Company to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company in accordance with Section 127 of the Companies Act 2016.
A statement containing details in relation to the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
