In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MAAG wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its sub-subsidiary, MAA Credit Berhad for the fourth quarter ended 30 June 2025.
