Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 10 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of Chengco PLT as the Auditors of Snowfit.
The Board of Directors of Snowfit wishes to announce that Kreston John & Gan (AF 0113), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 8 July 2025 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
