Lay Hong is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a Final Single Tier Dividend of 0.4 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.
The dates of entitlement and payment will be announced later.
The above dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
