Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of KPS Consortium Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by the Company's subsidiary, Hai Ming Marketing Sdn. Bhd., a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 30 June 2025.
