The Board of Directors ("Board") of Nova MSC Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of LTTH PLT (LLP0020047-LCA & AF0071) as the new external auditors, effective 7th July 2025. This decision follows the resignation of the previous auditors and ensures continuity in the Company's audit process for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.  LTTH PLT has provided their consent to act as the Company's external auditors.
