The Board of Directors of KPS Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.
Details of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate will be disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders which will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
