Reference is made to:

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company’s application for a further extension of time of six (6) months i.e. up to 1 December 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities is still pending the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Company will make the necessary announcement with regard to any development on the above matter.
