On 1st July 2025, Rexit Berhad appointed Mr. Tan Chin Yau ("Mr. Nicholas Tan") as the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Nicholas Tan is a performance-focused professional with over 25 years of extensive knowledge and experience in managing all facets of Information Technology. He is specialised in selecting and implementing technologies that streamline internal operations and enhance strategic organization outcomes.

Before joining Rexit Berhad, Mr. Nicholas Tan served as the Chief Information Technology Officer at Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad, where he led the implementation of Generative AI and advanced data analytics initiatives, while also fostering a positive and supportive work culture.

During his tenure as Head of IT at AIG Malaysia, he successfully rolled out the Online Policy Administration System on cloud via Software as a Service (SaaS) model. At Hong Leong Assurance, he played a pivotal role in the national rollout of Imaging and Workflow system, as well as the launch of HLATouch, a digital initiative aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
