We refer to the announcements dated 29 February 2024, 26 July 2024, 24 October 2024, 29 October 2024, 22 January 2025, 28 January 2025, 18 February 2025, 26 February 2025, 3 March 2025 and 30 May 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Ventures (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the letter of extension dated 30 June 2025 executed between BDSB, FHB and DLSB (“the Parties”), the Parties have mutually agreed to further extend the repayment and redemption of the amounts stated in Recital C(i)(a) to C(i)(f) of the DLSB Shareholders Agreement for a period of one (1) month from 30 June 2025 to 31 July 2025.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions stipulated in DLSB Shareholders Agreement shall remain unchanged, valid and enforceable between the Parties.
