Reference is made to the sale and purchase agreement dated 27 September 2024 entered into between PNE PCB Berhad and Handal Indah Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in relation to the Acquisition as disclosed under Section 14.6.2 under Material Contracts on page 405 of the Prospectus of the Company dated 7 March 2025.
The Company wishes to announce that the balance acquisition consideration has been paid to PNE PCB Berhad on 30 June 2025. Accordingly, the Acquisition has been completed.
