The Board of Directors has approved a change in the financial year end of the Company from 31 July to 30 November. Consequently, the current financial year will commence from 1 August 2024 to 30 November 2025, spanning a period of 16 months. Thereafter, subsequent financial years will conclude on 30 November. This decision to  facilitate better management of resources for smooth flow of business operations and financial reporting.
