Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 3 May 2018, 21 July 2020, 14 January 2021,19 May 2022, 30 March 2023 and 5 February 2024 in relation to the Principal Sub-Contract Agreement dated 2 May 2018, First Supplemental Agreement dated 21 July 2020, Second Supplemental Agreement dated 13 January 2021 and Fourth Supplemental Agreement dated 19 May 2022 for the "Projek Pembinaan Loji Rawatan Kumbahan Serantau Dan Rangkaian Paip Pembetungan Di Bandar Kuantan, Pahang (Reka Dan Bina)" ("Kuantan Project").

Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd (“PNCSB” or "Principal Sub-Contractor") had on 17  June 2025 obtained a fifth extension of time from 27 June 2025 to 8 June 2026 ("Extension of Time No. 5" or "EOT No. 5") to complete the Kuantan Project from Jalur Cahaya Sdn Bhd ("JCSB" or "Main Contractor").
