The Board of Directors of LB Aluminium Berhad ("Company") is pleased to propose a first and final dividend of 2.50 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2025 for shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The entitlement and payment dates for the proposed dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
