The Board of Directors of AbleGroup Berhad (“AbleGroup” or the "Company”) wishes to announce that Syarikat Bukit Granite Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 25 June 2025 entered into a tenancy agreement (“Agreement”) with Maple Blossom Sdn Bhd in respect of the tenancy of all that piece of land held under Pajakan Mukim 4194, Lot No. 37078, Tempat Kg Bharu Sg Buloh, Mukim Sungai Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor together with a single storey building constructed thereon bearing the postal address at No. 136C, Lot 2295, Kampung Baru Sg Buloh, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement (“Transaction”).
