| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Teoh Kim Hooi started his career in auditing as an audit assistant with a medium-sized audit firm from January 1979 to 1980. Thereafter, he joined a medium sized audit firm, as a Senior Associate and rose up to the ranks of Audit Manager and also Tax Manager before he commenced his own practice in 1986. He currently practices under the name of TKH & Partners. He was also actively involved in the business advisory and company secretarial sectors. He is currently a Fellow Member of ACCA, a Licensed Auditor and Tax Agent, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. |
