Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 20 December 2024, 9 January 2025, 20 February 2025 and 23 May 2025 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements (“the Announcements”). Unless the otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has on 16 June 2025 and 19 June 2025 received notices pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Notices”) from Bright Meadow Sdn Bhd (“BMSB”), stating that BMSB had on 12 June 2025, 13 June 2025, 16 June 2025 and 17 June 2025 disposed 120,200 MIB’s ordinary shares via open market. Pursuant thereto, BMSB’s total shareholdings stands at 38,559,000 ordinary shares representing 59.97% of MIB's total issued shares.

Based on the Company’s Record of Depositors as at 13 June 2025 and Notices dated 16 June 2025 and 19 June 2025 respectively, the public shareholding spread of the Company is 25.03%. Accordingly, the Company has complied with the Public Spread Requirement.
