Further to Thriven’s announcement made on 17 June 2025 on the outcome of the Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (“36th AGM”) of the Company, the Board of Directors of Thriven wishes to inform that Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT has been appointed as the auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025  in place of the retiring auditors, Messrs. BDO PLT and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company in 2026 at a remuneration to be agreed between the Directors and the auditors.

The Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders in relation to BDO PLT not seeking re-appointment at the 36th AGM of the Company.
