The Board of Directors of Parlo wishes to announce that the Company has terminated the ESTS, the Advance Agreement, and the Trust Agreement with effect from 16 June 2025 (Termination).
The Termination was undertaken to simplify the Company’s shareholding structure and to reduce administrative costs.
The Termination is not expected to have any material impact on the Company’s financial position for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
