Mr. Kong is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and holds a practicing certificate issued by both the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and ACCA. Mr. Kong is also a Chartered Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIA) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA). 

Mr. Kong trained with two leading international accounting firms, where he gained strong technical foundations and a broad perspective on global best practices. Over the years, he has been actively involved in capital market transactions, frequently serving as a Reporting Accountant and conducting Financial Due Diligence for IPOs, reverse takeovers, and other corporate exercises involving listed companies. 

As the Managing Director of CAS Consulting Services Sdn Bhd, he continues to lead client engagements by providing value-added advisory services tailored to business improvement and operational excellence. Mr. Kong is highly engaged with business owners and corporate leaders, consistently applying his motto of "creating value" through practical, growth-oriented solutions. 

He currently serves as an Independent Director of Mpire Global Berhad, contributing his expertise in governance, finance, and risk management to support the company's strategic objectives.
