Reference is made to the announcements dated on 17 April 2025 and 24 April 2025 on the Proposed Joint Venture (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Earlier Announcements. 

The Board wishes to announce that the Company is proposing the provision of financial assistance to SUSB for the following:

1. FHB Advances of RM26.87 million (which forms part of the Settlement Amounts), and the RM1.25 million advances as at 15 May 2025, being the last practicable date to this announcement; and
2. the additional advances amounting up to RM50.00 million to SUSB,

       (collectively, refer to as “Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance”).

Further details on the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance are set out in the ensuing sections of this announcement.
