The Board of Directors of AZRB would like to clarify that discussions were taking place between AZRB/AZSB and the Petitioner in an effort to reach an amicable resolution. AZRB expresses optimism that the matter will be successfully resolved. Additionally, AZRB considers the debts claimed by the Petitioner through the Winding-Up Proceedings are not material. At the time, AZRB believed that making any announcements regarding the Petition would have been premature.
The Petition was received from the Petitioner on 22 May 2025.

We remain in discussions with the Petitioner to resolve the matter amicably.
