On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 11 June 2025, approved the application for the upliftment of Bertam from being classified as a PN17 issuer.

The upliftment of Bertam from being classified as a PN17 issuer will be effective from 9.00 a.m. on 12 June 2025.
