The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Revenue Group Berhad (“REVENUE” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 June 2025 received a notice in writing from Messrs. Chengco PLT (“Chengco”) on their resignation as Auditor of the Company and its subsidiary companies (“Group”). The resignation is set to take effect after a period of 21 days from the date of the Notice.

The Board wishes to inform that the resignation of Chengco was on a voluntary basis and the Board is not aware of any matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Management of REVENUE will commence the process of identifying new external auditors in place of Chengco and shall make the relevant announcement in due course.
