The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 June 2025 received a notice in writing dated 10 June 2025 from Chengco PLT on their resignation as Auditors of the Company.

Chengco PLT was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the last Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 23 December 2024  and was to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.

The resignation of Chengco PLT is based on mutual consent and the Board is of the view that such change will enable the Company to benefit from fresh perspectives and views of another professional audit firm.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any other matters or circumstances that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Snowfit.

Further announcement on the appointment of new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course.
