Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 5 March 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 June 2025 received a notice dated 5 June 2025 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia confirming that on 5 June 2025, all the requirements with respect to the reduction of share capital of the Company, as stated in the special resolution dated 15 April 2025, have been complied (“Notice”).

Pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Act, the Notice shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of the Act with respect to the reduction of share capital have been complied with. Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction took effect on 5 June 2025.
