Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 2 May 2025 in relation to the Winding-Up Petition (In the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur, Winding Up Petition No. WA-28NCC-464-04/2025) served by Xinsteel Sdn. Bhd. against the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, pending sealed order from the High Court, Xinsteel Sdn. Bhd. has officially withdrawn the Winding Up Petition.
Save and except for the legal costs associated with the withdrawal of the Winding Up Petition, the Company is not expected to incur material losses from the Winding Up Petition.
