Further to THB's announcement made on 5 June 2025 on the outcome of the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, the Board of Directors ("the Board") of THB wishes to inform that Crowe Malaysia PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025  in place of the retiring Auditors, BDO PLT and to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company at a remuneration to be agreed between the Directors and the Auditors.

The Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders in relation to BDO PLT not seeking re-appointment at the 8th AGM of the Company.
