Reference is made to the Company’s series of announcements from 29 January 2021 to 2 May 2025 in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements (“LR”) whereby the Company has an insignificant business or operations and is considered as an affected listed issuer. 

The Company had on 17 February 2025 announced that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 14 February 2025, granted the Company an extension of time up to 28 July 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

The Company has approximately 2 months to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval and will make the relevant announcement in relation to its latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the LR.
