The Board of Directors of Ralco ("Board") wishes to announce that Ralco Plastic Sdn. Bhd. ("RPSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had entered into the Loan Agreement with Newaction Marketing Sdn. Bhd. ("Newaction") on 30 May 2025, to accept an interest free loan of RM1,000,000 with a repayment period of 31 December 2028 ("Transaction").
