PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF ALL THAT NINETY NINE (99) YEARS LEASEHOLD PROPERTY HELD UNDER HS(D) 34672, LOT 37631, MUKIM BATU, DAERAH KUALA LUMPUR, WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN KUALA LUMPUR AND HS(D) 34673, LOT 37632, MUKIM BATU, DAERAH KUALA LUMPUR, WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN KUALA LUMPUR TOGETHER WITH A UNIT OF A SINGLE STOREY DETACHED FACTORY ANNEXED WITH A DOUBLE STOREY OFFICE BUILDING ERECTED THEREON ("THE PROPERTY") BY NEXT REVENUE SDN. BHD. ("PROPOSED DISPOSAL")

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of REVENUE wishes to announce that Next Revenue Sdn Bhd, its indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“NRSB” or “the Vendor”) had on 30 May 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Magnum Wines & Spirits Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 200301017535 (619955-P)] (“MWS” or “the Purchaser”) for the disposal of all that ninety nine (99) years leasehold property held under HS(D) 34672, Lot 37631, Mukim Batu, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur measuring approximately 2108.366 square metres (hereinafter referred to as "Title 1") and HS(D) 34673, Lot 37632, Mukim Batu, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur measuring approximately 1,918.571 square metres (hereinafter referred to as "Title 2") together with a unit of a Single Storey Detached Factory annexed with a Double Storey Office Building erected thereon bearing the postal address of No. 13 & 15 Jalan 6/37A, Taman Bukit Maturi Industrial Park, 52100 Kuala Lumpur (“the Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM23.0 million only (“Disposal Consideration”), subject to the terms and conditions contained in the SPA (“Proposed Disposal”).
