The Board of Directors of Selangor Dredging Berhad ("Company") is pleased to declare a single-tier dividend of 3.0 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The entitlement date and payment date will be announced at a later date.

The aforesaid dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
