We refer to the announcements dated 31 December 2024, 27 January 2025, 28 January 2025 and 27 February 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 May 2025 received a notice dated 28 May 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies confirming that on 11 April 2025, all requirements with respect to the Share Capital Reduction as stated in the special resolution dated 27 February 2025 have been complied with (“Notice”).

Pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Act, the Notice shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of the Act with respect to the Share Capital Reduction have been complied with. Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction took effect on 28 May 2025.

Following the completion of the Share Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company as at 28 May 2025 is RM188,856,084.76 comprising 1,957,013,493.
