Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(b)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), we wish to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Q9 Capital Sdn Bhd (Q9 Capital), a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 31 March 2025 as set out below:-
