The Company wishes to announce that in accordance with Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“RRPTs”), the Board of Directors of SKL intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for RRPT of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM”) of the Company to be convened.

The Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for RRPTs will take effect from the date of passing of the relevant resolution at the forthcoming EGM of the Company until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

 A circular to shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs will be made available via electronic means to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
