The Board of Directors  (“Board”) of Elsoft is pleased to announce the appointment of Ir. Academician Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Chuah Hean Teik as Chairman of the Company, succeeding Dato’ Dr. Chong Eng Keat @ Teoh Eng Keat, who retired upon the conclusion of the Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2025.

The Board extends its heartfelt appreciation to Dato’ Dr. Chong Eng Keat @ Teoh Eng Keat for his dedicated leadership and immense contributions to the Company over the past two decades.

At the same time, the Board warmly welcomes Ir. Academician Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Chuah Hean Teik and looks forward to his vision in steering the Company towards continued excellence.
