The Board of Directors ("Board") of the Company wishes to announce that Mr Leong Wai Leong, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has entered into a Settlement Agreement pursuant to a Mutual Separation Scheme dated 29 May 2025. Pursuant thereto, Mr Leong Wai Leong shall cease from all positions held within the Comfort Gloves Group of Companies.
The effective date of his cessation of office shall be 29 May 2025.
The Board would like to record its sincere appreciation to Mr Leong Wai Leong for his years of contribution and service to CGB and its Group of Companies.
The appointment of the new Chief Financial Officer will be announced in due course.
