The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PRG Holdings Berhad (“PRG” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that PRG Healthcare Sdn Bhd (“PRGH”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG has on 29 May 2025 entered into a shares sale agreement with Chou Chia Ching for the disposal of 807,721 ordinary shares equivalent to 26.21% of the issued share capital of Esther Postrartum Care Sdn Bhd.
