Pursuant to Paragraphs 8.23(2)(b) and 10.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the provision of financial assistance which involves the interest of related parties, the Board of Directors of Yoong Onn Corporation Berhad (the “Company” or “YOCB”) wishes to announce that United Overseas Bank Limited (the “Bank”) has granted a facility limit of Singapore Dollar 3.51 million or approximately Ringgit Malaysia 11.65 million (“the Facilities”) to T.C. Homeplus Pte Ltd (“TC Homeplus”), a 60%-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Pursuant to the Facilities, the Company has provided financial assistance to TC Homeplus amounting to S$3.69 million or approximately RM12.25 million in the form of a Corporate Guarantee and the terms of the Corporate Guarantee were accepted on 28 May 2025.
