Reference is made to the announcement dated 9 December 2024 in relation to the Related Party Transaction for the provision of financial assistance to T.C. Homeplus Pte Ltd in the form of a corporate guarantee in favour of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited ("Announcement").
The Board wishes to amend the percentage ratio from 2% to 1.26% as stated in Section 5 of the attachment of the Announcement.
Apart from the abovementioned, there are no changes to the other contents of the Announcement.
